Of body and brain stability
Everyone is quite focusing and looking after their  physical health they didn't even think about the mental health 
But poor mental health can negatively impact on physical health, leading to an increased risk of some conditions.
Mental health leads several types of heart disease, tumors, lung disease
Our body is connected 
We should understand this simply brain is power house it sent impulse (message) through neuron to all parts of body 
Brain tells the body to perform functions on time...
This process take nano seconds
And upset or poor mental health deforms the function of all parts.
So we need lil bit focus toward it 
Evidence has suggested that exercise may be an often-neglected intervention in mental health care. Aerobic exercises, including jogging, swimming, cycling, walking, gardening, and dancing, have been proved to reduce anxiety and depression.
